Maker Faire 2023

From 20 to 22 October 2023 will be held, at the Fiera di Roma, the most spectacular European event on innovation: Maker Faire Rome, now in its eleventh edition. Three days in the future during which it will be possible to discover and interact with hundreds of researchers and technological innovations. In this framework will also be presented the research infrastructure METROFOOD-IT funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) that will be present with a stand for all three days of the event. The event will present the activities of the infrastructure in the field of food quality, safety and traceability. The aim of the infrastructure is to support research and innovation in the agri-food sector by providing integrated services, accelerating the digitalization of agri-food systems and their efficiency, traceability and sustainability and promoting the reliability of products and processes and the information provided to citizens, local authorities and all stakeholders of agri-food systems.
